How to get big Biceps FAST !

Training your Biceps.

This is my Post on training your biceps to achive maximum Results!

FACT, Alot of people train the Biceps way to much.

This is how often i train my biceps:
Monday Biceps.
Friday Biceps.

Out of my week i spend two days doing Bicep exercises NO MORE.
On the monday i use heavy weight to gain Mass.
On the friday i use Light - medium Weight to gain Defenition.

These are the three main Exersices i use.
Concentrated Bicep Curls.
Normal Biceps Curls.
Bicep Hammer Curls.

The Hammers target the Peak of the biceps.
The Normal curls target the width of the biceps.The concentrated curls target the whole bicep.

This is the simplest way to achive Big Biceps !
